This project narrates female identity and frames it as a nomadic journey driven by the desire for freedom. It is an in-depth exploration of individual freedom and self-awareness. In society, women’s voices are often weakened or excluded; constrained by gender norms and stereotypes, their expressions are constantly policed.
From a gender perspective, I use binding, breaking free, and pulling as core actions. Through continuous movement and transformation, I reflect on and subvert both real and imagined body language, revealing women’s gradual power to break discipline and reconstruct their authentic selves.
